Geoff Crocker is a local identity who has mastered the art of creating fine sauces. He is the creator of Crockershire Vintage Worcestershire Sauce and is locally known as The Sauce Man.
Having spent many years abroad in Montreal, Canada as a well known food writer, restaurant critic, broadcaster and cooking teacher Geof
f spent seventeen years of research and development in creating the ultimate Worcestershire.
Each batch of sauce takes about two months in the making before the sauce is bottled. The sauces contain 25 ingredients including the freshest vegetables and a delicate blend of three vinegars.
The result is a sensational taste explosion. The sauces can be used in green salads through to a variety of meats and other foods. The sauces have a mellow full bodied richness and enhance all foods.
