Plum and Passionfruit Jam

A rich red fruity jam with a
tart passionfruit finish – just the thing to go in the middle of jam
drops!

Jam Drops

Ingredients:

220g self raising
flour

125g
butter

125g caster
sugar

Milk to mix (approximately 1
tbsp)

Plum & Passionfruit
Jam

Method:  Preheat oven to 220c.  Place flour in a food processor,
add butter and pulse until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.  Add sugar and
mix to soft dough adding sufficient milk to allow dough to come
together.

Take small portions of the
dough and roll into small balls and place on a lined baking tray, pressing
gently with the palm of one hand to flatten. Press a dent in the middle of each
biscuit with your thumb and add a teaspoonful of jam.

Bake in the oven for 15-20
minutes, until golden.
