The Commercial Hotel also offers Hot Rocks Dining. Volcanic rocks are heated in a purpose built oven for about 8 hours prior to ending up on your table. The rocks hold their heat for about 45 minutes on stone ware plates which can stand the intense heat. This is great way for you to enjoy your  meal and you get to cook the meal to your satisfaction.
