Welcome to the season of Summer. This website is inspired by the passion of two local residents for their historic township, part of the twin towns of Harden-Murrumburrah on the south west slopes of New South Wales. Their vision is to promote marvellous Murrumburrah and the surrounding district - the place, the people, the community.
The platform for this website is to foster and develop awareness of local creative and artistic endeavours and promote our market, festivals and community activities. Our region has fantastic local and seasonal produce and products and what better way to show case them than through this website.
Murrumburrah is steeped in history. Our town has an amazing collection of historic buildings and homes. Most of our local businesses operate out of these great buildings. We have a variety of accommodation from a motel, B&Bs and pubs through to camping and caravan parks.
We hope to encourage vistors to the shire by increasing awareness of what our town has to offer and by supporting and inspiring new ventures.
